So I love peanut butter and banana together. I usually have it on a English muffin and call it good for breakfast. Well….this Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal Smoothie has been my newest favorite over the last few months. It is kind of like having a dessert shake for breakfast but PACKED with protein, heart healthy oats, and a serving of fruit!
Of course you could add greens, avocado, some flax, chia…etc. But this is my FAVORITE smoothie and always have these items in the kitchen!
Slap everything in your blender or Ninja Fit and blend until smooth…ENJOY.. Just thought I would share because it is sooo good…oh & Sofie likes it too…
Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal Smoothie
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk (skim here)
- 2-3 tbsps peanut butter
- Add all ingredients into blender and mix until all ingredients are smooth and ice is crushed.
- Pour into glass and enjoy!
