Strawberry Cheesecake Bites

Okay, it doesn’t get any easier than this! These no bake Strawberry Cheesecake Bites are just 3 ingredients and perfect for a Summer get together. They are fun little bites of deliciousness!cheesecake bites blog 3.jpg

To be honest I made these for Valentine’s Day and have been waiting to post! But since it is ALMOST officially strawberry season here in Michigan (even if the weather says otherwise) I figured I would give you an easy idea. So the strawberries are cheaper and soon you can some great ones at your local produce stands like Sophia’s Produce in Howell!  I made these with Golden Oreos, Philadelphia No Bake Cheesecake Filling, and topped them with strawberries. Anyways these are so easy…

All you have to do is line a cup cake pan with cupcake liners, put an Oreo cookie at the bottom, and then spoon some filing. Then top with a strawberry and refrigerate for a few hours. That easy!!



Strawberry Cheesecake Bites

Makes 24 bites


  • 24 Golden Oreos
  • 1 tub (1 lb 8.3oz) Philadelphia Ready to Eat Cheesecake Filling
  • 12 strawberries cut in half
  • 24 cupcake liners

1. Line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners
2. Place cookies on bottom of liners.
3, Spoon cheesecake filling on top of cookie.
4. Top with strawberry.
5. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
