Alrighty friends I have a super easy, four ingredient, cold lemony dessert for you! This Lemon Freeze Pie is the perfect Summer dessert. No baking required, just a few steps, and some freezer time and you have a refreshing frozen treat.
So- we are huge lemon dessert fans over in our house hold…hence my Lemon Meringue Pie, Lighter Lemon Bars, or Lemon Raspberry Cheesecake just to name a few. I asked Mike what dessert he wanted for Father’s Day..his text was “Lemon”…well I wanted to do something different, so I came up with this, since I recently discovered that they make lemon pie filling? Say whaaaatttt….
Anywho I liked this it was almost like a lemon version of key lime pie! I was looking for easy so I used a store bought pie crust or you can check out my graham cracker crust recipe here. Then you mix a can of lemon pie filling with sweetened condensed milk. Pour that over the pie crust.
Then top with whipped topping and Freeze overnight!! BOOM DONE!

Lemon Freeze Pie
- 1 prepared graham cracker crust
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (9.5 oz) jar or (15 oz can) lemon pie filling
- 1 tub whipped topping
- In a medium sized bowl combine sweetened condensed milk and lemon pie filling.
- Wisk until mixed well.
- Pour into graham cracker crust.
- Top with cool whip.
- Freeze at least 6 hours or overnight!
- Cut and serve from frozen!
