Equipment

  • 1 Blackstone Griddle or pan

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shaved steak
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 jalapeno
  • Cheesesteak Seasoning
  • Cooking Oil (we use Grapeseed Oil)
  • 4 Hoagie Rolls or Buns of choice
  • 4-8 slices of Provolone Cheese to your liking
  • Cheddar Jalapeno Cheese Sauce or queso
  • Flamin' Hot Cheetos

Instructions

  • First slice up the bell peppers, jalapenos, and onions. Season the shaved steak and the vegetables with some seasonings of choice. You can do them separately or together. If you like your peppers and onions cooked longer than season them separately.
  • Fire up the Blackstone griddle to a medium heat. Drizzle a little cooking oil on the surface and add the peppers and onion mixture. Sauté until the peppers are cooked to your liking.
  • Then drizzle a little cooking oil on another spot and add the shaved steak. This will only take a few minutes. Once cooked add the pepper mixture to the meat.
  • Lay your rolls or hoagie buns on the Blackstone to toast them up a bit and add in the meat mixture, then add some provolone or other white cheese, the cheese sauce, and then top them off with the spicy Cheetos.
  • Let the cheese melt a bit and pull them off! Serve hot and enjoy!
