Equipment

  • 1 griddle or skillet

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1 packet Low Sodium Taco Seasoning plus water
  • 8-12 Mini Naan Breads depending on the size
  • Taco Sauce
  • Mexican Blend Cheese
  • 1 cup Salsa Con Queso to your liking
  • Crumbled Queso Fresco optional
  • Chopped tomatoes optional

Instructions

  • First fire up the Blackstone to a medium heat and cook up the ground beef. Once its mostly cooked add in the taco seasoning packet and pour some water over it. Mix it all in and let the meat mixture simmer for a few.
  • Then on the other side of the griddle (have it going low), add the mini naan breads and add some taco sauce to each of them. Add a little bit of the Mexican blend of cheese and the seasoned taco meat to each of the naan breads.
  • At this point you may want to turn off the burner to prevent over cooking the bottoms of the pizzas.
  • Next drizzle them each with a little jarred queso cheese on top and a little of the queso fresco.
  • Remove from the flat top and add and additional toppings to your liking. Chopped tomatoes and sour cream for us! Enjoy!!

Stovetop Method:

  • Cook the taco meat in a skillet, drain, and add taco seasoning and water.
  • Then place the naan breads on a baking sheet. Assemble and pop in the oven at 350 degrees F until cheese is melted and Naan bread is toasted. (about 10 minutes) Or can use the broiler for quicker preparation.
