Ingredients

  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 1 5.1 oz. instant vanilla pudding (the larger sized box)
  • 3 tbsp hot fudge melted / room temperature
  • 2-3 tbsp rainbow sprinkles
  • ½ cup crushed peanuts

Instructions

  • First make the vanilla pudding by whisking together the cold milk and package of pudding until thickened.
  • Next add in about 1-2 tablespoons of rainbow sprinkles. Whisk until combined.
  • Scoop the pudding mixture into a piping bag or Zip-lock bag and cut the end off. Or you can just use a spoon to carefully spoon into the popsicle molds until half way.
  • Pop the hot fudge sundae into the microwave for a few seconds until you can pour it. Not hot just pourable.
  • Next drizzle some melted hot fudge on top. Continue to fill the popsicles with the pudding. Finish them off by adding a few more sprinkles then the crushed peanuts.
  • Insert the popsicle sticks and place in the freezer for about 4-6 hours. When ready to serve, pull out and leave on the counter for 5 minutes before removing from the molds.
