Instructions
First start by adding some olive oil to your sauté pan or skillet and start cooking the pork, carrots, and garlic.
Once browned, add in the ground ginger, brown sugar, red pepper flakes, and soy sauce. Give it all a stir and let simmer for a few minutes.
Next add in your cooked ramen noodles, give everything a stir. The noodles will absorb the majority of the liquid. Then simply push the mixture to the side and add in the eggs.
Let them cook a bit, break them up, and once mostly cooked stir them around into the noodles.
Serve with favorite toppings such as sriracha sauce, green onions, more red pepper flakes or sesame seeds.

to re-heat just add in a bit more soy sauce to the noodles.
