Ingredients

  • 1 12 oz. Frozen Shrimp (raw, peeled & divined)
  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp. hot honey or regular
  • 1 tsp. red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • First defrost your shrimp by running them under cold water for a few minutes.
  • Then add them to a bowl and add in the fresh garlic, red pepper flakes, soy sauce, and hot honey. Give everything a stir to combine.
  • Let marinate for at least 20 minutes. If you are cooking later, cover and refrigerate until you are ready to cook.
  • When you are ready to cook, heat up your Blackstone, flat top, or cast iron over medium heat.
  • Add the marinated shrimp (with the liquid) to the griddle. Let cook for a few minutes, flip, and cook a few more minutes until the shrimp start to turn pink. About 5 minutes total.
  • Remove from griddle and enjoy!
  • For best results clean the grill immediately since this is a slightly sticky sauce.
