Italian Sausage & Tortellini Bake

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Italian Sausage
  • 1 green bell pepper chopped
  • 1/2 onion diced
  • 2 8 oz packages or tortellini or similar
  • 1 24 oz jar marinara sauce
  • 3 cups shredded Italian Cheese

Instructions
 

  • In saute pan over medium heat brown the Italian sausage with the pepper and onion.
  • Drain any grease and then pour into 9x13 baking dish.
  • Then add the tortellini and marinara sauce.
  • Mix well until combined and top with cheese.
  • Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes until hot throughout and cheese is melted.
