Berry Spinach Smoothie

This smoothie is the perfect way to get your greens in for the day but with the right amount of berries for sweetness!

Equipment

  • blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup strawberries or blueberries or both
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients in blender.
  • Blend until ice is smooth.
  • Pour into glass.
  • Enjoy!
