Instant Pot Chicken Marinara Rotini
This easy dump and press start Instant Pot recipe is family friendly and great on a busy weeknight!

- 3 cups pasta dry
- 1 24 oz jar Marinara sauce
- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1/2 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 14.5 oz diced tomatoes (Italian)
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes optional
- 1 cup water
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 cups Italian blend shredded cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Cut chicken thighs into 1" pieces.
In Instant Pot, add olive oil, onions, garlic.
Then add chicken, seasonings, marinara, pasta, and water.
Seal and lock the lid.
Set Instant Pot to pressure cook on high for 12 minutes.
Once finished cooking, manual release the steam, and unlock lid.
Stir and top with cheese.
Then cover for a few minutes until cheese is melted.
