Leftover Turkey Pot Pie

This pot pie recipe is great for leftover turkey!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pie crusts
  • 2 cups Cooked turkey or more
  • 1 12 oz. jar turkey gravy or 1 1/2 cups prepared gravy
  • 1/2 medium onion chopped
  • 2-3 carrots chopped
  • 1 stalk celery sliced
  • 2 small potatoes cubed
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • optional Garlic Powder & rosemary or other seasonings of choice.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Dice the veggies.
  • Roll out pie crust onto bottom of a pie dish.
  • Combine the turkey and veggies over the pie crust.
  • Salt and pepper to taste (I also added garlic powder and rosemary)
  • Pour gravy on top and mix in.
  • Cover with 2nd pie crust and using fingertips, pinch pie crusts together and make slits in the pie crust.
  • Optional* brush top of pie crust with melted butter or egg wash.
  • Bake at 350 for about 45-50 mins until golden brown.
