Pumkin Pecan Pan Parfait

This easy no bake pumpkin dessert is perfect to feed a crowd this Fall!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 3.5 oz package instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 15 oz. can pumpkin
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup pecans

Crust

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 stick butter melted
  • 1 tbsp. cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and cinnamon.
  • Press into the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
  • In a medium bowl mix cold milk with pudding mix until thick.
  • Stir in can of pumpkin and cinnamon.
  • Pour pudding mixture over graham cracker crust.
  • Spread whipped topping over pudding mixture.
  • Top with pecans.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve!
