Pumkin Pecan Pan Parfait

This easy no bake pumpkin dessert is perfect to feed a crowd this Fall!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 3.5 oz package instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 15 oz. can pumpkin
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup pecans
Crust
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 stick butter melted
  • 1 tbsp. cinnamon

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and cinnamon.
  2. Press into the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
  3. In a medium bowl mix cold milk with pudding mix until thick.
  4. Stir in can of pumpkin and cinnamon.
  5. Pour pudding mixture over graham cracker crust.
  6. Spread whipped topping over pudding mixture.
  7. Top with pecans.
  8. Refrigerate until ready to serve!
