Orange Marmalade and Bourbon Smoked Sausage

This Orange Marmalade and Bourbon Smoked Sausage makes the perfect appetizer all year long. Great for outdoor parties on your smoke or grill or can make them in the oven, too!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 14 oz. package fully cooked Smoked Sausage
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup orange marmalade
  • 1/4 cup bourbon or whiskey
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp All Purpose BBQ Rub

Instructions
 

  • Slice the sausage into bite sized pieces.
  • In a large bowl combine all of the ingredients and stir or use your hands to coat all the pieces.
  • Pour into your cast iron skillet or pan of choice.
  • Transfer out to the pre-heated smoker/grill and place on the grates. Close the lid.
  • Let the sausage smoke at 225 for 1 hour 30 minutes. Or keep on there until ready to serve.

4-6 servings as an appetizer.
