Peanut Butter Cup Stuffed Cookies
Enjoy a taste of heaven with these peanut butter cup stuffed cookies that are sure to be a hit at any gathering.

Ingredients
- 1 30 oz. Roll of Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
- 9 Reese's Peanut butter Cups
- 2 tbsp peanut butter optional
Instructions
- Grab a spoon full of cookie dough and press it down onto the pan. I got 9 cookies out of the dough.
- Then add in the peanut butter cup. Add another scoop of cookie dough on top and fold around the peanut butter cup and form back into a ball until you can't see the peanut butter cup. Repeat.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for about 10-12 minutes just until golden brown. Keep an eye as cooking times may vary.
- Spoon some peanut butter into a microwavable safe bowl and microwave for about 15 seconds or until melted. Then use a spoon to drizzle onto of the warm cookies.
