Grab a spoon full of cookie dough and press it down onto the pan. I got 9 cookies out of the dough.
Then add in the peanut butter cup. Add another scoop of cookie dough on top and fold around the peanut butter cup and form back into a ball until you can't see the peanut butter cup. Repeat.
Bake at 350 degrees F for about 10-12 minutes just until golden brown. Keep an eye as cooking times may vary.
Spoon some peanut butter into a microwavable safe bowl and microwave for about 15 seconds or until melted. Then use a spoon to drizzle onto of the warm cookies.
