Peppermint Hot Cocoa Cake Mix Cookies
These Peppermint Hot Cocoa Cake Mix Cookies are so soft, chewy, and perfect for Christmas and all winter long.
Ingredients
- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 2 packets hot cocoa mix with marshmallows
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup Peppermint White Chocolate M&M Candies or similar
- 3 eggs
Instructions
- In a medium bowl combine cake mix, hot cocoa mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until well combined.
- Fold in M&M's.
- On a parchment lined baking sheet spoon batter making about 24 cookies.
- Bake at 350 for 11-13 minutes.

** can refrigerate batter for about 10 minutes to chill to make easier to form cookiesÂ
