Ingredients
  

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 2 packets hot cocoa mix with marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup Peppermint White Chocolate M&M Candies or similar
  • 3 eggs

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl combine cake mix, hot cocoa mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until well combined.
  2. Fold in M&M's.
  3. On a parchment lined baking sheet spoon batter making about 24 cookies.
  4. Bake at 350 for 11-13 minutes.

** can refrigerate batter for about 10 minutes to chill to make easier to form cookiesÂ
