Irish Cream Liquor Oreo Truffles

These Oreo balls get a fun makeover with the addition of Irish Cream Liquor!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Package Chocolate Sandwich Cookies Oreos
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese room temperature
  • 12 oz White Almond Bark half package
  • 1/2 cup Irish Cream Liquor Bailey's Or Similar

Instructions
 

  • Using a food processor or blender, grind cookies until fine consistency.
  • In a stand mixer, combine the cookie crumbs,cream cheese, and Irish Cream Liquor.
  • Beat until soft dough forms.
  • Form dough into balls and place on wax or parchment paper. (For easier handling, you can refrigerate or pop into the freezer while you melt the chocolate)
  • In a double boiler or microwave melt the almond bark.
  • Using a fork or toothpick, dip the chocolate balls into melted almond bark.
  • Decorate with sprinkles.
  • Place in refrigerator until chocolate is completely firm.
  • Serve when ready or store in airtight container in refrigerator.

Notes

tips- dip just a couple at a time then add sprinkles- chocolate hardens quickly.
