Three Ingredient Salsa Zoodles

Equipment

  • vegetable spiralizer

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp olive oil optional
  • 1 medium zucchini cut in noodles
  • 1/3 cup salsa
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper sliced

Instructions
 

  • Using a spiralizer, turn the zucchini into "zoodles"
  • In a saute pan heat olive oil and add peppers.
  • Sautee for about 1 minute.
  • Then add the rest of the ingredients and heat until hot (about 2 minutes)
  • Top with hot sauce, cheese, sour cream, cilantro, or toppings of choice!

Notes

  • if not using Olive oil, just add all ingredients together and heat until hot and peppers are soft.
