vegetable spiralizer
Ingredients

tbsp
olive oil
optional

medium
zucchini
cut in noodles
1/3
cup
salsa
1/2
yellow bell pepper
sliced
Instructions
Using a spiralizer, turn the zucchini into "zoodles"
In a saute pan heat olive oil and add peppers.
Sautee for about 1 minute.
Then add the rest of the ingredients and heat until hot (about 2 minutes)
Top with hot sauce, cheese, sour cream, cilantro, or toppings of choice!
Notes
if not using Olive oil, just add all ingredients together and heat until hot and peppers are soft.
