Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup bbq sauce
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • cooked brisket
  • garlic powder
  • red pepper flakes
  • BBQ Rub/seasonings optional

Instructions

  • Roll out pizza dough on to stone or cast iron pan.
  • Pour bbq sauce over dough and spread out leaving the edge without sauce.
  • Sprinkle cheese over the sauce.
  • Then add the brisket and any other topping (red onion etc)
  • Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and/or bbq seasonings.
  • Spray crust with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder.
  • If cooking on the grill or smoker, heat to 400 degrees.
  • Let cook for about 15 minutes until crust is starting to brown.
  • Slice and serve!

Notes

**cooking times may vary. Cooking times for the oven should be about the same just pull it out when the cheese is melted and crust is cooked. If using a store bought crust, cook according to package.
