Homemade Pizza Dough
This homemade pizza dough comes together in just a few minutes and is ready to bake in an hour.

Ingredients

1/4 oz
packet Active Dry Yeast
1/2
tbsp
Salt

tsp
Rosemary or Basil
optional

tbsp
sugar
1
tbsp
olive oil
2
cups
warm water

flour
Instructions
In large bowl combine all of the ingredients except for the flour.
Whisk until well combined.
Then switch to the dough hook attachment of your stand mixer.
Slowly add the flour and let the hook do the work and mix for about 5 minutes.
Transfer dough to a greased bowl and cover with a damp cloth.
Let rise for at least an hour.
When ready to cook, flip dough out onto a floured surface and cut into three dough balls or four smaller balls.
Roll out onto pizza stone or pan of choice and add toppings!
Notes
**to store, wrap individual dough balls in plastic wrap and either refrigerate or freeze.
