Bacon Cinnamon Roll French Toast Casserole

This easy breakfast casserole is both sweet and savory and is made with just 4 ingredients!

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz. bacon (1/2 package) cooked and chopped
  • 1 12.4 oz can of refrigerated cinnamon rolls
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup milk

Instructions
 

  • Cook and chop the bacon.
  • Cut the cinnamon rolls into quarters.
  • In a greased 8x8 baking dish combine the cinnamon roll pieces and bacon pieces.
  • Then add the eggs and milk and mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for about 27 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Drizzles with icing from cinnamon rolls.
  • Serve hot and enjoy with maple syrup.
