Bacon Cinnamon Roll French Toast Casserole

This easy breakfast casserole is both sweet and savory and is made with just 4 ingredients!

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz. bacon (1/2 package) cooked and chopped
  • 1 12.4 oz can of refrigerated cinnamon rolls
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup milk

Method
 

  1. Cook and chop the bacon.
  2. Cut the cinnamon rolls into quarters.
  3. In a greased 8x8 baking dish combine the cinnamon roll pieces and bacon pieces.
  4. Then add the eggs and milk and mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for about 27 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Drizzles with icing from cinnamon rolls.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy with maple syrup.
