Easy Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cake
This easy pumpkin cake has just 5 ingredients and is perfect for Fall!

- 1 15.25 oz Box of Yellow Cake Mix or white
- 1 Cup water
- 3 eggs
- 1 15 oz. can of pure pumpkin
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 16 oz. can of vanilla frosting or cream cheese
In a mixing bowl combine the yellow cake mix, water, and the eggs.
Mix until batter forms and is well combined.
Then whisk in the pumpkin, cinnamon, and chocolate chips.
Pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish or cake pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 28-30 minutes.
Let the cake cool completely before frosting.
For the frosting
Microwave the can of frosting (cap and foil removed) for about 25-30 seconds and stir. Do not over heat if you do let cool.
Slowly pour over the entire cake and spread.
Top with more chocolate chips, cut and serve.
