White Chocolate Baked Christmas Donuts
These easy baked donuts are loaded with festive cheer and flavor for Christmas.

- 2 cups flour
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 tsps baking powder
- pinch of salt optional
- 4 tbsp butter melted
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp peppermint extract optional
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
For White Chocolate Ganache Glaze
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
In a mixing bowl combine the flour, sugar, the baking powder, and salt and whisk until all is well combined.
In another bowl combine the melted butter, the eggs, vanilla, and peppermint extract. Whisk until all is mixed well.
Then slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix until batter forms.
Then fold in the white chocolate chips with a spatula.
Fill a piping bags or Zip-lock bag with the batter and pipe into greased donut pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 12-15 minutes or until batter is cooked in the center of each donut.
For White Chocolate Ganache:
Before the donuts are done baking, heat the cream over medium low heat just before boiling. Then remove from heat.
Place white chocolate chips into a bowl and pour the hot cram over the and whisk until melted.
Remove donuts from pan (cooled slightly) and dip into white chocolate ganache.
Then place onto some parchment paper or on a cooling rack and add Christmas sprinkles.
