Method
- In a mixing bowl combine the flour, sugar, the baking powder, and salt and whisk until all is well combined.
- In another bowl combine the melted butter, the eggs, vanilla, and peppermint extract. Whisk until all is mixed well.
- Then slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix until batter forms.
- Then fold in the white chocolate chips with a spatula.
- Fill a piping bags or Zip-lock bag with the batter and pipe into greased donut pans.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 12-15 minutes or until batter is cooked in the center of each donut.
For White Chocolate Ganache:
- Before the donuts are done baking, heat the cream over medium low heat just before boiling. Then remove from heat.
- Place white chocolate chips into a bowl and pour the hot cram over the and whisk until melted.
- Remove donuts from pan (cooled slightly) and dip into white chocolate ganache.
- Then place onto some parchment paper or on a cooling rack and add Christmas sprinkles.
