Parmesan Ranch Smoked Chicken Wings
These chicken wings have a zesty dry rub and are cooked to perfection on the smoker.

wood pellets
- 3 lbs raw fresh chicken wings
- salt and pepper
- Chicken Rub of choice
- Parmesan Ranch Seasoning
Preheat the smoker to 180 degrees.
Trim the fresh chicken wings of any unwanted parts and use a sharp knife to sperate at the joints.
Sprinkle all of your seasoning over the chicken wings and toss until all is coated thoroughly.
Place chicken wings directly onto the grates of your smoker.
Smoke for an hour at 180 degrees.
Then heat the smoker up to 325 degrees and cook until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees.
Serve hot with favorite dips and enjoy.
