Parmesan Ranch Smoked Chicken Wings

These chicken wings have a zesty dry rub and are cooked to perfection on the smoker.

  • Smoker or Grill
  • wood pellets

Ingredients
  

  • 3 lbs raw fresh chicken wings
  • salt and pepper
  • Chicken Rub of choice
  • Parmesan Ranch Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the smoker to 180 degrees.
  • Trim the fresh chicken wings of any unwanted parts and use a sharp knife to sperate at the joints.
  • Sprinkle all of your seasoning over the chicken wings and toss until all is coated thoroughly.
  • Place chicken wings directly onto the grates of your smoker.
  • Smoke for an hour at 180 degrees.
  • Then heat the smoker up to 325 degrees and cook until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees.
  • Serve hot with favorite dips and enjoy.
