Servings: 10 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 container vegetable dip
  • 3 black olives
  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 1 pt cherry tomatoes
  • 1 ½ cups baby carrots

Equipment

  • 9x13 inch platter, small white bowl (about 4-5 inches round, cutting board, knife

Method

  1. Wash and prep the vegetables you are using. Slice the olives, cut the broccoli and cauliflower into florets, and cut a carrot for a nose.
  2. Set up the snowman’s “body.” Place your small bowl of veggie dip in the center of the platter. Add three olive slices down the front of the dip to make the “buttons.”
  3. Build the base and head. Make a big circle of cauliflower florets at the bottom of the platter for the snowman’s body. Then add a smaller circle at the top for the head.
  4. Add the color. Fill in around the edges with broccoli florets, baby carrots, and cherry tomatoes.
  5. Finish the face. Add your olive “eyes” and that cute little carrot “nose” to the snowman’s head.
  6. Once everything looks good, cover the tray with plastic wrap and refrigerate until you’re ready to serve.
