Method
- In a large mixing bowl combine the self rising flour and the Greek yogurt.
- Mix until the dough forms.
- Add in some shredded parmesan cheese to the dough and fold in.
- Grab a handful of dough and roll between your hands until a rope forms.
- Then form into a bagel shape and place on parchment paper in your Air Fryer tray or basket.
- Sprinkle with a little garlic powder and a little more cheese.
- Air fry for 8 minutes at 390 degrees or until the center is cooked.
