Method
- Spray a cupcake pan or muffin pan with non-stick spray (or can use liners).
- Split the biscuits in half so that you can make 16 cups and press into pan. (Can also use 8 for bigger versions just may cook longer).
- Cook ground beef over medium heat with the shredded carrots and onions until browned.
- Drain any grease and then stir in the BBQ sauce.
- Spoon the mixture into biscuits and top with cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for about 15 minutes (or until golden).
