Berry & Apple Upside Down Bundt Cake

Ingredients
For Glaze:

cup
butter
1/2
cup
brown sugar

apples
peeled and sliced
1 1/2
cups
fresh berries
blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries
For Cake Batter:
3/4
cup
butter
room temperature
1 1/2
cups
sugar
2
cups
flour
1 1/2
tsp
baking powder
3/4
cup
milk
1 1/2
tsps
vanilla
3
eggs
Instructions
For Glaze:
Melt 3/4 cup butter and add to greased bundt pan.
Then sprinkle the brown sugar over melted butter.
Arrange the sliced apples around the bundt pan.
Then layer fresh berries over the apple layer.
To make the batter:
In stand mixer cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Then add vanilla and beat in eggs one at a time.
In a seperartae bowl combine flour and baking powder.
Then slowly add in flour mixture to wet ingredients alternating with the milk.
Then mix until well combined (do not over mix).
Pour batter over apple/berry layers.
Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes.
Let cool before flipping and removing from pan.
Slice and serve with more berries, ice cream, or whipped topping.
