Blackstone Steak and Gnocchi Alfredo

This Steak and Gnocchi Alfredo recipe is so easy to make on your Blackstone or flat top grill! Just a few ingredients, tender steak, and creamy soft gnocchi makes this a dinner the whole family will love!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. sirloin steak or New York Strip 2 small steaks or 1 large
  • Steak seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 16 oz. packages Potato Gnocchi
  • water
  • 1 22 oz. Jar of Alfredo Sauce
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • Shredded parmesan cheese

Equipment

  • 1 flat top grill or skillet

Method
 

  1. First cut your steak into about 1 inch pieces. Sprinkle with steak seasoning and toss to combine. Refrigerate until ready to cook.
  2. When you are ready to cook, fire up the flat top to a medium heat and add a splash of oil if needed (if you did it after cleaning, you don't need to).
  3. Add on the steak and fresh garlic. Let cook for a few minutes.
  4. On the other side of the surface, add on the packs of gnocchi and squirt some water all over them to help cook/steam. Toss them around and let cook for a few minutes. Adding more water if necessary .
  5. When the gnocchi is soft and tender, add in the jar of sauce (or a little less to your liking) and milk. Toss to combine. Let cook to warm up the sauce.
  6. Once the steak in cooked to your liking and the gnocchi mixture is warm, combine the steak and gnocchi mixture.
  7. When you are almost ready, add the spinach to the flat top and let cook until wilted/cooked to your liking.
  8. Next toss everything together and sprinkle with some parmesan cheese before serving. Enjoy warm!
Stove Top Instructions
  1. Cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions. In a cast iron skillet (or sauté pan) add some olive oil and add the steak and garlic.
  2. Once the steak is almost finished cooking, add in the spinach and cook until tender. Add in the cooked gnocchi, Alfredo sauce, and milk. Toss to combine, add cheese, and enjoy.
