Combine cake dry ingredients.
Add egg, milk, and vanilla to dry ingredients and mix.
Slowly stir in melted butter until well combined.
Pour batter into a greased pie dish or cake pan.
In a separate bowl, combine 1/2 tbsp cinnamon and 2 tbsp of melted butter and whisk.
Pour cinnamon mixture over the cake batter and swirl in a circular motion using a butter knife.
Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
After pulling cake out of oven, combine powdered sugar, milk and vanilla and whisk until a glaze forms.
Pour glaze over cake while still warm.
