Cranberry Chicken Salad Spinach Wraps

These Cranberry Chicken Salad Spinach Wraps are easy to make for a quick healthy lunch.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 12 oz can chicken drained
  • 2 stalks of celery chopped
  • 1/2 onion diced
  • 1/3 cup whipped dressing (miracle whip or similar)
  • 2 tbsp dried cranberries
  • spinach about 3 cups, to your liking
  • 4 spinach wraps or similar

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl combine chicken, celery, onions, whipped dressing, and cranberries.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. In spinach wrap lay a handful of spinach down and spoon mixture into wraps.
  4. Roll up and serve.
