Cream of Potato Soup with Ham
This easy cream of potato soup is loaded with ham and comes together with just 6 ingredients.

- 1 cup of chopped onion
- 2 cups of cubed potatoes
- 1 cup of water
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 2 cans of milk
- Salt - pepper to taste
- 2 cups chopped ham
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or similar
In a medium pot, sauté the onions in a small amount of extra virgin olive oil.
Add in the potatoes, ham, and water.
Cook, covered, for about 15 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
Blend in the can of chicken soup and the milk.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Heat through, but do not boil.
Stir in the shredded cheese if using and serve hot.
