Crispy Cheese Steak Tacos (Blackstone or Cast Iron)

These crispy cheese steak tacos are cheesy, melty, and full of flavor. Perfect for busy weeknights or using up leftover steak tacos, they cook right on your Blackstone or cast iron skillet and come together in no time.
Servings: 4 servings

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Cooked steak or uncooked steak — see notes
  • Green pepper diced
  • Fajita or taco seasoning to your liking
  • Salsa enough to cover steak plus more for serving
  • Flour tortillas
  • Cheese

Method
 

  1. Cut steak and mix with diced pepper, seasoning, and salsa.
  2. Preheat Blackstone or cast iron skillet over medium heat.
  3. On one side of the flat top, cook the steak mixture until heated through and peppers are cooked to your liking.
  4. On the other side of the surface, sprinkle cheese on the hot surface, place a tortilla on top, add steak mixture and more cheese.
  5. Fold when cheese crisps and serve with extra toppings.
For Uncooked Steak
  1. Add sliced/cubes uncooked steak to a bag along with the seasoning, pepper, and salsa. Let marinate until ready to cook.
