Double Berry Oat Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 3 strawberries
  • 1/3 cup blueberries
  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup milk or similar
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 tbsp ground flax
  • 1 5.3 oz Blueberry Yogurt (Light) or similar

Method
 

  1. Put all ingredients into blender or smoothie maker.
  2. Blend until combine and smooth consistency.
  3. Pour into favorite glass and enjoy.
