Method
- First heat some olive oil in your sauté pan and bring to medium heat. Cook up the ground chicken until no longer pink. (drain if necessary)
- Then add in the Buffalo Sauce (more or less to your liking). Stir it up and cook a little longer until heated throughout.
- Then add the mixture to your Romaine lettuce leaves. Add the chopped tomatoes, cheese, and drizzle with ranch.
- Serve immediately. Or let cool and refrigerate the mixture for later. Enjoy!
