Easy Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wraps
These Easy Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wraps come together quickly with the help of ground chicken and bottle buffalo sauce. Great for lunch or dinner when you are craving a little healthier version of a restaurant favorite.

- 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 lb. Ground Chicken
- 1/2 cup Spicy Garlic Buffalo Sauce (or similar) more or less to taste
- 4-6 Romaine Lettice Leaves washed and dried
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- Ranch Dressing
First heat some olive oil in your sauté pan and bring to medium heat. Cook up the ground chicken until no longer pink. (drain if necessary)
Then add in the Buffalo Sauce (more or less to your liking). Stir it up and cook a little longer until heated throughout.
Then add the mixture to your Romaine lettuce leaves. Add the chopped tomatoes, cheese, and drizzle with ranch.
Serve immediately. Or let cool and refrigerate the mixture for later. Enjoy!
