Easy Cherry Cheesecake Pastries (with Crescent Rolls)
These Easy Cherry Cheesecake Pastries are made with crescent rolls and just a few ingredients. Perfect with a cup of coffee or even a morning treat for the kids.

- 1 8 oz. package of cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract or (1/2 tsp. almond extract)
- 1 8 oz. can of crescent rolls
- 1/2 cup cherry pie filling more or less to your liking
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
Next unroll the crescent sheet out onto your baking sheet (use parchment paper if you have it or spray with non stick spray.)
Cut the crescent dough into eight equal squares and press the seams together.
Then add a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture to the center of each crescent square. Fold the corners of the square in and slightly pinch them together.
Spoon some of the cherry pie filing on top and bake at 375 degrees F for about 12 minutes until the crescent rolls are golden.
