Method
- Whisk the eggs together in a bowl.
- In a large pot, combine the chicken broth, red pepper flakes, pepper, salt, and ginger powder if using.
- Bring to a boil.
- Once the broth is boiling, slowly stir in the egg mixture and whisk until it comes to a low boil again.
- Pour into bowls, garnish with the green onions, and enjoy.

If you are looking for a smaller serving just cut this recipe in half. We like leftovers in out house for a 2nd meal :)
