Method
- In the bowl of the stand mixer combine all of the ingredients except for the flour.
- Use the whisk attachment or a whisk and mix until well combined.
- Then switch to the dough hook attachment of your stand mixer.
- Slowly add the flour 1 cup at a time mixing between each addition.
- Once all of the flour is added let the hook do the work and mix for about 5 minutes.
- Transfer the dough to a greased bowl and cover with a damp cloth.
- Let rise for at least an hour.
- When ready to cook, flip dough out onto a floured surface and cut into three dough balls or four smaller balls.
- Roll out onto pizza stone or pan of choice and add toppings!

**to store, wrap individual dough balls in plastic wrap and either refrigerate or freeze.
