Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix cake mix, eggs, water, oil, and lemon zest until smooth.
- Bake for 22–24 minutes.
- Poke holes in the warm cake.
- Whisk pudding, milk, and limoncello until thick.
- Spread pudding over cake.
- Top with whipped topping.
- Garnish, slice, and serve.
Notes
The limoncello is not baked out so keep this cake for the 21+ adults.
You can make the lemon pudding without the limoncello for a non-alcoholic version, just use 2 cups of milk.
