Easy Strawberry Pie Filling Parfait Cups

These Easy Strawberry Pie Filling Parfait Cups are no bake, they come together quickly, and are a bit lighter than most desserts.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 sleeves graham crackers about 1 1/2 cups crumbs
  • 3-4 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 3.4 oz. box of cheesecake flavored instant pudding or vanilla
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 21 oz. can of Strawberry Pie Filling
  • 1 8 oz. tub of whipped topping
  • chopped fresh strawberries for garnish optional

Equipment

  • 1 food processor or blender

Method
 

  1. In a food processor or blender add the graham crackers (in batches if necessary) and pulse with the meted butter.
  2. Make the cheesecake pudding by whisking with the cold milk until thickened.
  3. Spoon the graham cracker crumbs into cups/glasses of choice.
  4. Then add the cheesecake pudding, the canned strawberry pie filling, and the whipped topping.
  5. Top with fresh strawberries and/or additional graham cracker crumbs for garnish.
  6. Refrigerate until ready to serve and enjoy!

The cups I used gave me about 10 servings so the may vary according to the glass/cups used.
