Method
- In a food processor or blender add the graham crackers (in batches if necessary) and pulse with the meted butter.
- Make the cheesecake pudding by whisking with the cold milk until thickened.
- Spoon the graham cracker crumbs into cups/glasses of choice.
- Then add the cheesecake pudding, the canned strawberry pie filling, and the whipped topping.
- Top with fresh strawberries and/or additional graham cracker crumbs for garnish.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve and enjoy!
