Flat Top Sweet & Spicy Turkey Bacon Pretzel Bun Sliders

These Sweet & Spicy Turkey Bacon Pretzel Bun Sliders are super easy to make and leaded with flavor. Everything comes together quickly with the help of the flat top grill or your griddle!

Equipment

  • 1 Flat Top Grill or Griddle

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 lb. Bacon or more to your liking
  • 1 jalapeno sliced
  • 1/2- 1 lb. Sliced Deli Turkey
  • 4-6 slices Swiss Cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 9 ct. Slider Preztel Buns
  • Honey Mustard Dressing

Instructions
 

  • Fire up the grill over low-medium heat. Add the bacon and start cooking.
  • Once the bacon is almost done, add on the jalapeños and let cook for a few minutes.
  • Next add on the sliced turkey to warm up, and brown a bit.
  • To the other side of the griddle, on low- add the butter and the pretzel buns. I like to toast both sides.
  • Add the Swiss cheese on top of turkey and let melt. Add the honey mustard to the tops on the pretzel buns.
  • Assemble. Add the bacon and jalapeños to the turkey and melted cheese. Use your spatulas to help scoop everything onto the bottom of the buns. Top with the other half of buns. Serve warm and enjoy.

Oven Instructions

  • Cook bacon using your favorite method, and sauté the jalapeños. Then assemble the sliders (turkey, cheese, bacon, jalapenos). add the honey mustard. Melt the butter and brush on top of the buns. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15-20 minutes until warmed throughout and cheese is melted .
