Halloween cookie cake slice

Fun Halloween Cookie Cake

This Halloween Cookie Cake is fun, festive, and delicious! Great topped with a scoop of ice cream and toppings of choice.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 17.5 oz Betty Crocker chocolate chip cookie mix or sugar cookie
  • 1 egg
  • 1 stick butter
  • Oreos & Sprinkles optional

For decorating

  • Can of Vanilla frosting
  • M&M's, Chocolate Sauce, Sprinkles
  • Ice Cream or whipped cream for serving

Instructions
 

  • Make the cookie dough according to the package (mine called for 1 egg and 1 stick of butter).
  • Press into the bottom of a greased pie dish or cake pan. Add in some sprinkles if desired and broken pieces of Oreos.
  • Bake at 350 for about 15-18 minutes until golden brown. (I undercooked a bit for a soft & chewy cookie!)
  • Let cool then decorate with frosting piped along the edges, chocolate sauce, more Oreos, sprinkles, or M&M's.
  • Slice and serve with ice cream.

Notes

Note: Can use smaller sized package of cookie dough, although cooking times may be shorter.
