Fun Halloween Cookie Cake
This Halloween Cookie Cake is fun, festive, and delicious! Great topped with a scoop of ice cream and toppings of choice.

Ingredients

17.5 oz
Betty Crocker chocolate chip cookie mix
or sugar cookie
1
egg
1
stick butter
Oreos & Sprinkles
optional
For decorating
Can of Vanilla frosting
M&M's, Chocolate Sauce, Sprinkles
Ice Cream or whipped cream
for serving
Instructions
Make the cookie dough according to the package (mine called for 1 egg and 1 stick of butter).
Press into the bottom of a greased pie dish or cake pan. Add in some sprinkles if desired and broken pieces of Oreos.
Bake at 350 for about 15-18 minutes until golden brown. (I undercooked a bit for a soft & chewy cookie!)
Let cool then decorate with frosting piped along the edges, chocolate sauce, more Oreos, sprinkles, or M&M's.
Slice and serve with ice cream.

Can use smaller sized package of cookie dough, although cooking times may be shorter.
