Halloween Cupcakes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box Chocolate cake mix
  • 1 extra egg
  • 1/2 pkg chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 stick butter softened
  • 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese room temperature
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Mix cake mix according to package adding one extra egg and the pudding mix.
  • Bake according to instructions.
  • Let cool.
  • In a electric stand mixer beat cream cheese and butter until well combined.
  • Add powdered sugar 1 cup at a time.
  • Mix well and then add vanilla.
  • Add frosting to a zip lock bag or piping bag and pipe onto cupcakes.
  • Top with decorations of choice.
