Method
- Mix cake mix according to package adding one extra egg and the pudding mix.
- Bake according to instructions.
- Let cool.
- In a electric stand mixer beat cream cheese and butter until well combined.
- Add powdered sugar 1 cup at a time.
- Mix well and then add vanilla.
- Add frosting to a zip lock bag or piping bag and pipe onto cupcakes.
- Top with decorations of choice.
