Ham and Swiss Biscuit Breakfast Bake

This Ham and Swiss Biscuit Breakfast Bake is so easy to make with just six ingredients. Layers of biscuits, eggs, thick ham, and melty Swiss cheese.

Equipment

  • 1 9x13 baking dish or a little smaller works

Ingredients
  

  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 16 oz. can of biscuits
  • 2 cups thick diced ham
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese or other

Instructions
 

  • Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl and add in the milk and garlic powder. Whisk it all up until well combined.
  • Break up the biscuits into pieces and place at the bottom of a 9x13 (or a tad smaller sized) greased baking dish. You can cut them into quarters but I just rip them up by hand. Then add on the cut up ham.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the biscuits and ham.
  • Top with the shredded Swiss cheese and bake at 350 degrees F for about 35-40 minutes until the eggs are cooked and biscuits are golden brown.
  • Slice and serve hot.
